PSC defies court insists call for CASs is still open
Yesterday, the law society of Kenya filed a bar against the call for 12 Chief administrative secretaries.

However, PSC defies court insists that the CAS opening is still on.
Simon Rotich the PSC boss, has stated that the call for CASs is still on and Kenyans are urged to apply.
PSC head said,”Contrary to the public speculation, the Commission has not cancelled the advert for the recruitment of Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS).”
“The Commission established the position in the public service after conducting public participation that closed on October 6, 2022. The public had been invited through a press advert to submit written memoranda to the Commission indicating their views regarding creation of the position,” Said PSC in a press statement.
The public service commission further revealed that it will shorlist and interview the individuals who applied for the positions.
“The Commission will shortlist and conduct interviews and thereafter recommend names of successful candidates for consideration for appointment by the President,” PSC added
