Babu Owino’s directive of Kenyans defaulting on their hustler fund sparks debate.
During the Kamukunji consultative rally, Embakasi East member of parliament, Babu Owino urged Kenyans to take the hustler fund and default on paying.
He stated,” I want to tell Ruto, we will oppose every bad thing you do in this country, because that’s our inherent duty.
“Hustler fund should be a grant not a loan. President Ruto said during the campaigns that this money was to be given for free and not refunded.”
