NPS finally nabs a notorious criminal, According to the national police service, the suspect is linked to multiple robberies that have been happening in Nairobi city
Using CCTV footage, the sleuths acted professionally and his forty days finally dawned on him.
NPS wrote,”ARREST OF A HABITUAL OFFENDER IN NAIROBI. Police in Kilimani Nairobi through the use of CCTv cameras have nabbbed a male suspect linked to recent robbery incidents within the city.”
The suspect , further led the authorities to his house, where he stored the stolen goodies. The police have confirmed that he will be processed and arraigned in court
NPS wrote,”The suspect who is an ex- convict took the officers to his house in Wangige where officers recovered several exhibits, among them shoes and cloths. He will be processed and arraigned in court.”
The police department has encouraged Citizens to work hand in hand with them in apprehending this criminals and put an end to this robberies.
NPS stated,”We encourage members of public to continue supporting our efforts to enhance security by sharing information to the nearest police station or through our toll-free numbers; 999,911,112 or fichuakwaDCI 0800722203.”
National police service, through the interior cabinet secretary, Kithure kindiki affirmed that normalcy is being restored to Nairobi.
The Cabinet secretary stated,”The reports we have so far is that for the past week, normalcy has returned. We have not had reported crimes, especially around muggings and people being attacked using firearms and knives.”
