According the speaker,” In speakers’ rules number 5, senators are required not to enter the chamber or dinning room without being properly dressed. This means a male senator will be dressed in coat, collar, tie, long trousers and shoes or service uniform or decent dressing as may approved by speaker from time to time.”
“An equivalence applies to women, Senator Nyamu I’m afraid you don’t meet the bill and i’m going to ask you to leave the chambers,” he added.
