Today Raila will meet his waterloo- MP Koech.
Belgut MP Nelson Koech has termed Monday’s march to State House by the opposition as Azimio leader Raila Odinga’s political waterloo.
The law maker, who is also a chair of the National Assembly committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations, stated that Raila was well aware of the consequences of his plans to storm the First house.
Koech Claimed that Raila just wants to meet his own personal interest, it is not about the cost of living or advocating for the rights of Kenyans.
Koech added that since Moi’s era, Raila has always rubbed shoulders with Presidents.
Koech stated,”For Raila, it is all about a process that will deliver him to State House and even if he is given an opportunity to pick all the IEBC commissioners he will not accept results that do not declare him the winner
“Unfortunately, elections in this country are about the people. From 1997, Raila has kept accusing and pushing out of office IEBC commissioners?”he posed
Koech further highlighted that Raila Odinga is about to meet with his long- due political down fall , from today’s mass action.
He stated,”It is not about the cost of living that has made Raila come out, it is unfortunate and today Raila will meet his waterloo.”
Koech further questioned on why Raila did not call for mass actions when he accepted the handshake and joined the executive, yet Kenyans were going through the same misery.
