Education is the key to unlock endless opportunities- Mama Rachel at Butere girls.
Today Morning, Mama Rachel Ruto made an impromptu visit to Butere girls in kakamega county, the high school she previously attended.
She urged the girls to focus on their studies because that is the secret to unlock so endless opportunities.
She stated,”I had the opportunity to pay a surprise visit to the amazing students at Butere Girls Secondary School, my alma mater. It was truly refreshing to see their dedication and enthusiasm for learning,”
“During my visit, I encouraged the girls to stay focused on their studies and work hard to achieve their goals. Education is the key to unlocking endless possibilities, and I wanted to instil in them the belief that their dreams are valid,” she added.
The first lady reminded the nation to support the dreams of children because they are the future generation.
She also encouraged everyone to always remember where they come from, and have a heart to give back.
She stated,”Our children are the future leaders, innovators, and change-makers of our society. By supporting their academic aspirations, we empower them to create a better world for themselves and others,”
“I am grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to interact with the students. I encourage each and every one of you to remember where you came from. Go back to your schools and communities and give back,” she added.
