Some parts of the country heed to Raila’s call for demonstration and delivered the best they could.
Azimio ls umoja leader has declared that on Wednesday 12th July 2023 , they will have another Rally at Kamkunji and Nationwide Demonstrations.
He further highlighted that they are going to collect signatures from Kenyans and carry out a referendum to delegitimise this regime.
Azimio la umoja leader further, threatened that if President Ruto does not listen to them, then he will form his own electoral commission.

Alinur Mohammed wrote,”Today, during the peaceful saba saba march to Central Park in Nairobi CBD from Kamukunji Grounds, someone lied to the Police that Raila Odinga was in this car. For 4 hours, they kept on following the car, spraying water on it using water canons and throwing endless tear gas canisters to the car every second. What the police didn’t know is that Raila was not on this car. He was using a motorbike to follow the convoy. Acha Baba aitwe Baba. They have wasted a lot of resources and time here that would have been used to deal with the bandit.”
Ahmed Nassir stated,”Hon Raila, even at 78 years, needs to grow up! He can’t be throwing stones for 45 yrs, inhale teargas year after year, clash with policemen who are the grandchildren of officers he had run-ins in the 1980s & continue following the same failed/discredited political script/manual.”
