KPLC explains why Customers are facing problems buying tokens.
In a statement today morning, The Kenya power and lighting company highlighted that they were working to restore the system back to its normal functioning.
They stated,”We apologise for the inconvenience caused.”
The utility further explained that the system through which tokens are being processed, is down.
One customers shared the following message,”Transaction failed, the organisation’s system receiving the payment experienced some technical challenges.”
The customers further pointed fingers for failing to address the issue when it was first raised.
