President Ruto is talking like someone who was not part of the former regime and everything that is happening is new to him. He did not clearly spell out his roadmap in his State of the Nation address.”
Maliba stated,”President Ruto’s address was a sober one without hiding back and telling the truth. He promised to turn the economy around but he never said it would be easy.”
