Raila’s diehard Nuru Okanga shocks Kenyans with his KCPE Results
A total of 1,415,315 candidates sat for the KCPE exams, with 1,282,574 candidates participating in the KPSEA examination at the start of November.
Raila’s diehard Nuru Okanga sat for his 2023 Kenya Certificate of primary exams at Mumias Muslim Primary School, Kakamega County as a private candidate.
Mr. Okanga posted a while back, how he struggled to catch up and make sure he passes his examinations, citing that the sleepless nights and effort invested during the exam period will not be futile.
He stated,”Finally the long journey has come to an end but also marks the beginning of another journey. It has not been easy I have received hate and love in equal measures the long sleepless nights I have spent I know are not in vain.”

While he was speaking to the local media shortly after he finished writing his KCPE exams, Okanga stated that his main objective was to get a primary education certificate, in order enable him run for a ward representative seat in the elections to come.
He stated,” I am eyeing for Kholera county assembly seat in Matungu in 2027 and without a certificate I will miss it out, that is why I am here to attain my grades because for one to vie for an MCA seat, he must be cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and a KCPE certificate is a requirement.”
