KENHA advises motorists to avoid Naivasha- Rironi Road: Kenya National Highways Authority has advised the public/ motorists to use alternative routes over traffic snarl up at the Kinale section along Naivasha-Rironi (A8) Road.
In an advisory statement on X platform, KENHA outlined that the traffic snarl up has been caused by the high volume of traffic as motorists rush back to the city.
KENHA stated,”Earlier there was registered a non-injury accident at the section and motorists became impatient and started to overlap causing a gridlock. The police have cleared the accident scene and are on the ground trying to marshal traffic.”
The motorists have been encouraged to use alternative routes including the Rironi – Mai Mahiu – Naivasha (A8-S).
