CS Machogu addresses viral photo of a child holding an umbrella for him after Uproar: Speaking at the KCB Scholarships 2023, Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu, revealed that the kid wanted to get the attention of the education secretary.

“That small guy insisted to be beside me until I said okay here is something for you,” he added.
The education secretary further revealed that he was able to help the boy Education wise after consultation with him and realizing he comes from a humble background.
CS Machogu stated,”Later on, I was able to consult with him, nikamsaidia vile alikuwa anataka because he comes from a background that you and me don’t come from.”
This comes after the photo raised mixed reactions all over the socials.
