Two Kenya power staffs electrocuted to death

Two Kenya power staffs electrocuted to death: Reportedly, the Kenya Power employees were replacing power lines from a rotten pole to a new pole when there were electrocuted at Kaplamai in Trans Nzoia county on Sunday, 24th March.

However, It has not yet been established what led to the blunder and if the regular protocols were followed prior to the step to change the poles which includes switching off the main power line in the area of operation.

At the time of publishing this article, Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) had not yet released an official statement over the incident nor revealed what led to the tragic incident.
