Multiple Deaths Reported in Tragic Nithi Bridge Accident: Several Kenyans are feared dead following a road accident which occurred at Nithi Bridge in Meru County on Sunday morning.
The bus was heading from Maua to Nairobi when the tragedy occurred. Reports from eyewitnesses indicate that the bus lost control of the brake before it Veered off the road and overturned.
As of now, seven people have been confirmed dead, however, the police are yet to confirm the exact number of fatalities.
Notably, Several people sustained injuries and have been rushed to nearby health facilities. Rescue efforts are still ongoing.
