KWS Issues Warning to Kenyans Over Viral Trend Amid Job Recruitment: On April 25, the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) issued a warning to Kenyans in regards to the Large number of fraudsters targeting job seekers.
In a statement, KWS revealed that these fraudsters were distributing made up admission letters to Kenyans, while falsely promising them positions within the service as officers.
This comes after the Kenya Wildlife service(KWS) conducted mass recruitment for cadets and rangers.
KWS stated,”The attention of the Kenya Wildlife Service has been drawn to fake calling letters being issued by fraudsters. We strongly advise the public to be vigilant of the fake letters and report the fraudsters to the nearest KWS Station or Police Station,”
“As stated in the advert and at all recruitment centres, the recruitment process was free of charge,” read part of the statement.
