Several KDF Soldiers Arrested After Clash With Kware Police Officers

Several KDF Soldiers Arrested After Clash With Kware Police Officers: There was chaos in the streets of Embakasi A routine police patrol turned into a violent confrontation, leading to the arrest of three Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) officers.

As the suspects were being ferried to the station, an unidentified man suddenly jumped into the police vehicle and grabbed one of the officers before Strangling her.

Things escalated when the two detained suspects joined the attacker, forcing the officer to reach out for her firearm, leading to an accidental discharge.

The assailant sustained a gunshot wound to the right thigh while the officer was left with bruises on her neck and torn clothing.

The wounded suspect was immediately taken to Mama Lucy Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, upon arrival at the police station.

It was only after a tense standoff that they revealed their identities as KDF officers, even producing a military ID belonging to the injured suspect.
