More Details Emerge on Salama Bus That was Sprayed With Bullets By Terrorists Along Moyale-Nairobi Highway

More Details Emerge on Salama Bus: At least one person reportedly died on Monday evening while others were left in critical condition after a group of assailants ambushed a Nairobi-bound bus.

The tragedy which occurred at the Bori junction along the lonely Moyale – Solo stretch happened after a group of terrorists believed to be from the Shifta group hijacked the 60-seater along the highway.

Preliminary reports suggest the terrorists reportedly began spraying bullets at the bus, leaving passengers nursing critical injuries.

Following the incident, four individuals were critically injured and were subsequently rushed to Sololo Mission Hospital, but one succumbed to the injuries before reaching the facility

Videos making rounds on social media captured a rescue team evacuating those trapped from the bus as first responders administered first aid on injured persons.

Police were yet to respond on the matter by the time of publishing this article, however they arrived at the scene of the tragedy an hour Late.
