Rescue Efforts Ongoing as Fire Breaks Out at Another School: Fire has burnt down a dormitory at Njia Boys Secondary School in Igembe, Meru County destroying property worth millions. 

In Videos circulating online, obtained by fierce inferno was capturing burning down the Jamhuri Dormitory while firefighters attempted to put out the fire.

Police officers could be seen at the scene of the incident guiding the firefighters, most of whom were wellwishers fetching water using buckets

Sources at the scene confirmed that emergency services rapidly responded and were working to put out the inferno

Njia Boys Boarding Secondary School is a public extra-county level boys institution situated in Maua town in Meru County.

At the time of publishing this article, No fatalities or injuries had been revealed. Notably, The source of that fire is yet to be known.
