MCA Who Went Missing In Nairobi, Has Been Found in Migori: Member of the Wajir County Assembly (MCA) Yussuf Ahmed, who went missing on September 13, 2024, following an alleged abduction in Nairobi by unknown individuals, has been found.
The Della Ward MCA was found in critical condition inside a hospital in Uriri Constituency in Migori County.
According to reports, the MCA was reported to have been abducted by unknown assailants on Enterprise Road in Makadara Constituency, on Friday at 9 pm using a Landcruiser Prado.
”I have spoken to the OCPD Uriri Police Station, John Odhiambo, who has confirmed that the MCA is lying unconsciously in the hospital,” Keynan revealed.
”We are making arrangements to bring him to the hospital. This offers a glimmer of hope amid the anxious uncertainty surrounding his disappearance. As we hope for the best, we pray that this will mark a positive turn for the safe return of the MCA,” added the lawmaker.
Earlier, Wajir County Assembly Members had issued a lashing statement demanding the release of their colleague whom they argued was being held by the abductors contrary to the law.
‘’The identity and reasons for his abduction are unknown. Similarly, we are not privy to any ongoing investigation or statement recorded by the Hon Member or any criminal offense committed by him,”the MCAs shared in a statement
