The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) will release the results of the Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) on Monday, January 6, the Ministry of Education has announced.
In a press statement signed and released by the Cabinet Secretary for Education Julius Migos, pupils who did KPSEA are directed to check their results as soon as the portal is opened.
In 2024, a total of 1,313,913 candidates from across the nation sat for KPSEA Exams in 35,573 examination centres.
The Ministry of Education has expressed its committment to ensuring a smooth transition for learners.
The Ministry further outlined that the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination results will be released within the first two weeks of January.
All schools are expected to re-open for the new term on Monday, January 6. The Ministry announced that term one of 2025 will have 13 weeks, with 5 days for midterm break.
At the same time, the Ministry confirmed that 9,926,618 textbooks have been dispatched to schools countrywide.
