Sudi questioned the timing of CS Muturi to expose the alleged facts surrounding forced disappearances in Kenya.

He claimed that the National Intelligence Service (NIS), under the leadership of Director General Noordin Haji, was behind the abductions of Kenyans
According to Muturi, it took a personal meeting with President William Ruto to finally ascertain the whereabouts of his son, Leslie Muturi.
Muturi disclosed that Ruto confronted Noordin Haji on whether the NIS was involved in Leslie’s abduction
