Former police spokesperson Charles Owino has hit out at Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi over his recent attack on the government over the alleged abduction of his son.
Owino pointed fingers at Muturi saying he was in the Cabinet, and publicly condemning the abductions was not in order.
Owino cited that Muturi’s claims are a direct breach of trust given to upon by President William Ruto, his boss.
Owino opined that if CS Muturi was not comfortable serving in the Kenya Kwanza government, he should step down.
Owino further outlined that there are well-laid-out communication protocols between the President and security agencies like the National Intelligence Service (NIS).
