Several Students feared dead after school bus overturns in Murang’a: A school bus belonging to Maadili schools has just overturned along Gitugi- Murang’a road
The bus was reportedly ferrying the pupils from a scouts’ event in Nyeri when the tragic accident occurred.
At the moment, A primary school pupil has bern confirmed dead and several others suffering injuries, However, Murang’a subcounty police commander Mary Wakuu said they are still trying to establish the fatalities and how many pupils have been injured.
The notorious spot, just a few kilometres from Murang’a town, has a sharp corner and has seen several motorists roll off the road in the last few months.
