Popular Tiktoker Brian Chira Confirmed Dead: Chira was born in Githunguri, Kiambu, his real name is Brian Wambui Chira. He was an orphan, raised by his grandmother.
Chira used to take care of his ‘orphaned cousins left under his care by his grandma. He was/is a Kabarak University student. Brian Chira shot to fame in 2022 after a video titled “Witness” went viral on social media platforms. In an interview, he once revealed he was struggling with alcoholism
Brian Chira was/is an HIV activist. He was allegedly infected by a friend during a ‘trip’ to the coast. The ‘friend’ later took his own life.
Brian Chira passed away on after being involved in a road accident in Kiambu after he was hit by a speeding car. His body was later moved to the City Mortuary with injuries on the forehead.
Police also said the deceased had been to a bar in the Gacharage area and later caused a commotion. He was then forced out.
He later took a motorcycle to his home and alighted before the hit and run.
