Monica Kimani’s Father Declares Stand on Maribe Appeal: Bishop Paul Ngarama has come out to declare that the family does not want ti be dragged back to court again.
Speaking to the media, Monica’s father opposed the prosecution’s move to appeal the not guilty verdict that was given on the second accused, Jacque Maribe.
He stated,”For us, we do not want that matter to go to court again, that is our request. A person like me I do not want to see them in the court and the media again,”
Notably, the bishop revealed that he is working on an amicable way to engage Jacque Maribe’s family and Jowie Irungu’s family, to see if they can reunite.
He stated, “The parents I can tell them, especially Jowie Irungu’s Family, I think this is a season where you are experiencing pain even more because your son is alive, but let us set an example through forgiveness.”
The Bishop additionally mentioned that he has nothing against the first accused, Joseph Irungu Alias Jowie and was willing to visit him in prison when he jets back to Kenya.
