DJ Joe Mfalme Set Free; ODPP Points Murder Charges to DJ’s Hype man.
DJ Joe Mfalme Set Free; Joseph Mwenda alias DJ Joe Mfalme is now a free man in the case where he had been accused of being involved in the assault and subsequent murder of Felix Kelian ole Kentosi, A DCIO at Kabete Police Station.
Reportedly, the DJ will now be a State witness in the case alongside five other respondents, which means he will be released from remand and testify as a witness, in the case.
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) has now recommended that the DJ’s hypeman, Allan Ochieng alias Hype Ballo be charged with the murder.
The DJ and his associates were arrested on March 23, after a physical altercation with Felix Kelian over a non- injury accident incident in Kikuyu.
The group reportedly attacked the officer while in the company of police officers from the Kikuyu Police station who had joined in the assault.
