Several confirmed Dead in a multiple Vehicle Accident along Nakuru-Nairobi Highway: Eight people have been confirmed dead in the Tuesday morning accident where a van rammed into a truck around the Ngata area along Nakuru-Nairobi Highway.
According to eyeWitnesses, the vehicle was heading to Kisii from Nairobi when it hit the lorry that had stalled by the roadside.
Reports indicate that the van was moving at a high speed when it hit the lorry that stalled last night.
A witness stated,”We have helped the police retrieve the bodies which have been taken to the mortuary while the injured were rushed to the hospital,”
“To all drivers plying this route, let’s pay attention to the steep slope by being on high alert regarding the breaks,” he added.
