Drama as Governor Sakaja Blasts DP Gachagua over Recent Remarks: Speaking during the UDA delegates conference at the Bomas of Kenya, Nairobi, Governor Sakaja Told off the Deputy President for Bullying other Leaders but expects not to be bullied.
He called upon the Second in command to respect all leaders as much as he wants to be respected.
Governor Sakaja Stated,” Haiwezi kuwa unanyanyasa watu, you have bullied people for 2 years, unatajwa wiki moja unaanza kulia.”
“ I have been through a lot. I am not easy to intimidate. In fact, it is impossible. No one can say they gave me the seat as Governor. You cannot bully people for two years and start crying when you are mentioned for one week. If you don’t respect the leaders, respect the people who put them there,” he added.
Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja further revealed why he met with ODM county representatives earlier in the month, saying that he needed them to help him run the county by passing his proposed bills and other requirements to ensure Nairobi’s businesses were handled seamlessly.
Sakaja stated, “Because we are the minority, ilibidi niongee na wale watu pia. Kwa sababu nikitaka kupitisha budget si lazima waipitishe? Na ni wengine. That is why we had to sit down and agree with them.”
