Police Grill Ian Njoroge, Explains why He Assaulted Traffic Officer in Viral Video: After police traced down Ian Njoroge for assaulting a traffic officer, The suspect has now revealed why he was pushed to attack an officer of the law.

Ian Njoroge, the man in the viral video was arrested in the wee hours of Sunday night after intelligence led a team of officers to his girlfriend’s place where he went hiding after assaulting the traffic officer along Kamiti Road.

In a statement from Ian, he was angered after the officer demanded a bribe that he could not afford and therefore he resulted to blows and kicks.

In the grilling report, Ian revealed that his father is a secondary school teacher at Mavoko Secondary School and his mother is a businesswoman dealing with laboratory equipments in Nairobi

Preliminary reports have revealed that the police officer is currently recuperating at Mama Lucy hospital in Nairobi with other serious underlying conditions such as diabetes

Initial reports indicate that the now trending situation escalated after the traffic officer had attempted to stop Ian Njoroge from making a wrong U-turn and obscuring traffic before hitting a curb thus making a stop.

Immediately he stopped, the officer entered in the car and started directing Ian to drive to the police station. However, a few meters ahead, Ian Njoroge unleashed a sword from under his seat forcing the police officer out of the vehicle.
