ODM’s Junet Mohamed Asks for Forgiveness From Ruto
ODM’s Junet Mohamed Asks for Forgiveness From Ruto: Suna East Member of Parliament Junet Mohamed on Saturday Apologized to President William Ruto for following his controversial remarks during the campaign period.
Junet expressed remorse over his pre-election sentiments during Cooperatives Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya’s homecoming party attended by Ruto in Butere, Kakamega County.
“You said he was not the right person, so let us forgive each other and move on,” he added.
According to Junet, President Ruto made the right decision to appoint cabinet secretaries from the opposition party to ensure his government reflects the face of Kenya.
“Your Excellency, we are happy that you appointed our most competent members into your government. People like Oparanya, Joho, Mbadi, and Wandayi now have jobs, who doesn’t want a job?” Junet questioned.
