This comes after Wanjigi filed a petition before the court in August seeking to stop the police from apprehending him.
Wanjigi also sought to have IG Masengeli and DCI boss Amin compelled to return items worth Ksh8.5 million confiscated from his residence on August 8.
In his petition, the businessman submitted a list of 36 items including phones, laptops, jewellery and cash taken from his home in Muthaiga.
In his application, Wanjigi additionally denied claims that several items were found in his possession.
