KPLC Finally Breaks Silence After Uproar on Token Message Delay: Kenyans took to their social media platforms, expressing frustration on not getting their token message.
The power company has however, confirmed that there is a technical glitch in relaying token message, emanating to the current inconvenience.
KPLC Stated,”We wish to inform all our pre-paid customers that we are experiencing a delay in relaying token messages,”
”Customers are advised to access their tokens by dialling *977# > 1: Prepaid Servies (Token) >2: Latest Token> Select Meter or Add Meter. Alternatively, tokens can be accessed through MyPower App that is available on Android and iOS platforms. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.”
