Staff From Mathira Working Under Former DP Gachagua Sent on Compulsory Leave Ahead of Kindiki Swearing-in
Senior advisor council of economic advisors at State House, Moses Kuria has revealed that Majority of the staff that were working under Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, have been sent on compulsory leave
According to Moses Kuria, Majority of the staff hail from Mathira Constituency where former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua comes from.
Moses Kuria stated,” 80% of the staff working in the Office of the Deputy President were from Mathira Constituency. Tonight they have all been sent on compulsory leave,”
Kuria took the opportunity to confirm that Nominated Deputy President Kithure Kindiki will today be sworn in at Uhuru Gardens.
According to Kuria, There’s limited seat capacity and gates will be locked once the arena is full, to avoid a ‘constitutional crisis’
Kuria stated,” The swearing in will take place tomorrow at Uhuru Gardens from 9am. No cards required. Gates will be closed once the swearing in arena is full. We can not afford a Constitutional crisis,”
“We can not be another Sudan with 2 Presidents. For the sake of our nation and our families we will swear in Kithure Kindiki as President in Waiting. Courts can deposit their ruling in the pigeon holes. Karibuni Uhuru Gardens 9am,” he wrote.
