Confusion As MCSK CEO Ezekiel Mutua Denies Suspension
Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) CEO Ezekiel Mutua has dismissed a notice claiming he was suspended from office.
Notably, MCSK National Chairperson Lazarus Muli also termed the notice as “insidious propaganda”.
Muli said appropriate action is being taken against the authors of the documents to ensure that they face the law for defamation and spreading falsehoods.
The notice in question went around over the weekend, claiming that Mutua had been suspended.
