Speaking after visiting Malava MP Malulu Injendi at hospital on Thursday and speaking to his family, Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa disclosed, on family’s behalf, that the lawmaker is currently in stable condition.
The member of Parliament was admitted on Tuesday after experiencing health complications, sparking concerns about his well-being.
However, Barasa has reassured his constituents and Kenyans at large that he is currently doing better than he was when he was admitted.
The Governor however, refused to disclose the cause of illness highlighting that indicating he was allowed to speak on was an update on his status.
Barasa was accompanied by key leaders and Malulu’s fellow lawmakers from Kakamega County, including Lugari MP Nabii Nabwera, Emmanuel Wangwe(Navakholo), and Caleb Amisi(Saboti).
