2022 general elections was the most credible in the history of Kenya stated Mwaura.
In an interview at Ktn media, former nominated membet of parliament Isaac Mwaura expressed that 2022 general elections was the most credible.
Isaac Mwaura went ahead to argue that it will be unlawfull for any individual to claim that the independent electoral and boundaries commission led by Wafula Chebukati, conducted a false election.
Isaac Mwaura commended the independent electoral and boundaries commission Chairman, Wafula Chebukati for the work he did during the 2022 August 9th general elections.
Former nominated Member of parliament, Isaac Mwaura further stated that regardless of the chaos that was witnessed at the Bomas of Kenya.
Starting with the split of the commissioners and assault of Wafula Chebukati and the three other commissioners, the electoral commission upheld integrity in the electoral process.
He said,”This is one of the most credible elections ever done in Kenya, Chebukati is one person we must celebrate. He was deserted by his commissioners just like Jesus was betrayed by Judas and Simon Peter.”
Isaac Mwaura further told KTN news that one can not rely on the accusations of the Independent electoral and boundaries commission systems being hacked.
He further said that false witnessing will not change the fact the election was free and fair, being that credibility was upheld.
He said,”It will not rely on the fact that you take some of the commissions IT experts and try to have false witnesses and to prove that hacking was actually done. That will not make an election legitimate.”
Isaac Mwaura also reprimanded the Azimio la Umoja leader, Raila Odinga for always not accepting the election results.
He further stated that this a political frustration that is happening in the country.
He said,You cannot use IEBC as a graveyard of the political careers of people in this country. How comes it is not always okay for Raila to lose an election.”
