Baringo deputy governor’s death has come as a shock to the country, including his wife.

Lornah Kipngok, wife to the deputy governor has stated that her husband was well before he left their home in Eldama Ravine.
The Late deputy governor informed her that he was supposed to catch a flight from Nairobi to mombasa, to attend the governors’ induction conference.
Lornah noted that the husband had not complained of an ailment when he leaving.
She said,”My husband left our Solian home on saying he was heading for Nairobi and was in high spirits. It is saddening that we lost him in such circumstances, yet he had not complained of any sickness.”
Lornah also said,”It was his day. It was his time and he had done what he was to do on this earth. I ask that you continue to pray for our family.”
His friends and family have eulogized him saying he will greatly missed. Benard Korir, a golf captain where Kipngok is a member said his death is a big blow to them.
Korir said,”Before a series of phone calls came through, the family members, like others, learnt of the collapse and subsequent death from Facebook and WhatsApp groups.”
He added,”His death is a big blow to all of us and we pray to God to give the family the fortitude to bear with the loss.”
