This is how two Kenyan nurses; Winnie Waruru aged 42years and Faith Newton aged 52 years, swindled Boston state 12 billion.
The two were living a porsche life, one drove a One drove a Maserati and the other one a Range Rover.
Their lives were kept private, although few Kenyans had heard about these two nurses whose fortunes were out of the earnings of an ordinary nurse.
In terms of investments, the had five properties in the US and operated 40 bank accounts.
Boston state has come out to claim that the two swindled off the state. Apparently, the two have paid kickbacks to obtain referrals and retain patients over a five-year period.

Detectives in Boston did a scrutiny by watching their millions worth of transactions for months.
Between January 2013 and January 2017, the two used Arbor Homecare Services LLC as a channel to siphon 100 million dollars from MassHealth and Medicare.
Mass health and medicare is a programme that provides health coverage primarily for people with low incomes.
They do this by claiming refunds and filing false statements. They then closed down the company
The two, Waruru and Newton Both Waruru and Newton were charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud and for billing for healthcare services that they never provided. Further, They were also charged with making false statements to MassHealth.
However, last week, during their court hearing, Waruru pleaded guilty before US Senior District Court Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. The judge scheduled sentencing for January 12, 2023.
Although, Newton’s case will continue.
The federal government has filed a civil action to hold the properties owned by the two and freeze their bank accounts, which allegedly holds millions of dollars.
