You should know that I am in ODM to stay- Oparanya changes tune on his split with Raila.
Former Kakamega governor, Wycliffe Oparanya has broken silence ever since he stated that ODM was sidelining his people.
Speaking during an interview at TV47, Oparanya highlighted that he will not leave ODM and he was part of its formation.
He further stated that he has no problem with Azimio la Umoja leader,Raila Odinga.
He stated,”Raila is my party leader and we have been best friends all along, I have no problem with him at all.”
He added that his sentiments were clearly misinterpreted and he has no intention whatsoever of leaving the Orange democratic movement.
He stated,”Why Would I leave a party that I was part of its formation? I think they are from government agents, but definitely, you should know that I am in ODM to stay.”
“I have never seen a clip where I was captured specifically saying that I had left ODM,” he added.
Last week, The ODM deputy, Oparanya stated that he was going to take a different path, and his only political aim was to unite the western People onwards.
He further commented that Kenya kwanza’s move to remove the IEBC four from the commission, portrays a bad image to the ruling government.
He stated,”When you come in and want revenge is not good for this country. If they succeed, we will have anarchy in this country.”
