Don’t question my loyalty to Raila- Jalang’o clarifies his meet up with Ruto.
After word went around that the lawmaker had shifted gears to Kenya kwanza, Phelix Oduor alias Jalang’o has come out to clarify things.
In an interview at spice fm, jalang’o stated that he is loyal to Raila Odinga till the end of time. He affirmed that he will still be part of the opposition rallies.
He added that it’s high time Kenyans learn that there’s a difference between politics and development.
He stated,”I will be there because now that is politics. We have to learn how to differentiate politics and development.”
The lawmaker, affirmed that he went to state house after it was clarified that it was for developmental purposes.
When asked,”What if for political reasons the president who holds the key to these development says okay guys don’t go there ?(Azimio rallies)
He responded,”I’m also waiting for one statement from Baba again that will also give me direction that whether it’s development or not, don’t go there.”
Jalang’o put it across that he would still have gone to state house whether Raila liked it or not, because the development of Langata does not care who is president or not.
He stated,”I would still ask what’s the agenda, and if it still stands as development, I would still go because the people of Lang’ata do not care who is president or who is not, what they care for is the delivery.”
In another interview, Jalang’o stated that he is still in Azimio and his loyalty to the opposition leader is still intact.
He stated,”There is no single campaign that I have not mobilised and been part of, so don’t question my loyalty to Raila Amollo Odinga.”
