Tragedy as Two die after lorry rams into car along Nairobi- Nakuru highway; According to eyewitnesses accident happened when the car -a Prado make, tried to overtake other cars as it was en route to Naivasha.
Eyewitnesses stated,”The personal car was on its way to Nairobi while the lorry was heading to Nakuru. The two vehicles collided as the car began overtaking.”
The driver and a passenger have been confirmed dead while those in the truck sustained serious injuries and are currently receiving treatment in different hospitals.
They reported,”The survivors sustained serious injuries, and are in critical conditions even as they were transferred to the hospital.”
The bodies of the two have been taken to lay at Kijabe hospital mortuary while both cars have been towed to Uplands police station.
