Maxine Wahome set free after accusations of murdering the boyfriend, renowned rally driver Asad Khan.
News reaching our desk is that Rally driver Maxine Wahome set free, this is after her bail of sh. 2M was approved by the court of law.
However, Justice Lilian Mutende gave her strict instructions to be followed while she’s out.
Maxine is not to interfere in the case during the period that she will be out, this includes interfering with witnesses who had already recorded statements with the police.
After thorough investigations into the incident that occurred in December 2022, Maxine was charged with murder on March 15th.
The probation officer recommended her getting bail, looking at her character and history.
The statement read,”In view of the sentiments expressed by all parties and in regard to the information provided, the court may grant bail or bond to the accused with stringent measures aimed at protecting the safety and emotional well-being of the victims.”
