Nairobi county announces permanent and pensionable jobs with vacancies in directors of research and policy development, Deputy Directors for Research and legislation development, artisans, work officers and technical inspectors.
Others include; mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and civil structure engineers.
Salary expectations
Successful applicants will bag Ksh15,670 to Ksh169,140 on the basis of the job scale. They will also enjoy house, commuter and leave allowances.
In Research and Policy Development, an individual will earn between Ksh121,430 and Ksh169,140 with a house allowance of Ksh50,000 as well as a Ksh16,000 commuter allowance.
The Assistant Director of Research, Policy and Development will get a payment of between Ksh87,360 and Ksh121,430.
Artisans will earn between Ksh15,670 and Ksh17,570. Works Officers will earn a salary of between Ksh31,270 and Ksh41,260 with a house allowance of Ksh10,000 and a commuter allowance of Ksh4,000.
Technical Inspectors would earn a monthly salary of Ksh38,270 and Ksh51,170 with a house allowance of Ksh16,500 and a Ksh5,000 commuter allowance.
Requirements
Part of the job requirements include a bachelor’s degree in any Science or Social Science from a recognized tertiary institution.
