Arrest me lob tear gas at me; Speaking in Imara Daima, Nairobi, on Thursday, the opposition leader maintained his stand of continuing with the bi- weekly protests.
Despite the National police, interior cabinet secretary and above all the president terming the protests illegal, Raila has swore not to stop.
He stated,”Nipigwe teke, nitupiwe teargas, nitupiwe maji au nifungwe pingu, sitarudi nyuma. Nipelekwe jela na hata Ruto apinge sisi, hatutarudi nyuma.”
Raila stated he is a patriot just like any other Kenyan who desires the cost of living to go down, the servers to be opened and Kenyans to enjoy their freedom.
He stated,”Sisi si wendawazimu, na sisi si wajinga, ilhali sisi ni Wakenya wazalendo wanaotaka Kenya ikombolewe. Tunataka Kenya ibadilike na Wakenya wasidhulumiwe. Pia tunataka mabadiliko ya kikatiba na server ifunguliwe.
