He may have been elected but he can not do it alone- Mama Rachel rallies youth behind husband.
Speaking on sunday at the commissioning of the Good News Mission Refurbished Hall in Kasarani, Rachel Ruto called upon the youth to support president Ruto.
She stated that for Kenya to propel forward, the youth need to work with the ruling government. Their support will be a great push for the president.
She stated,”As young people, let us continue to support the work the Lord has given the President to do. He may have been elected but he can not do it alone.”
“The work is immense and that is why we need your hands, the young people, so that Kenya can move forward,” she added.
She urged the youth to be proactive; Learn new skills,take advantage of their God given talents and above all join tertiary institutions for matters development of the country and themselves.
She stated,”Let us continue embracing work and take advantage of the upcoming university and some of the skills that we need.”
“Even sometimes when we do not have the opportunity to get there, we can start somewhere because each one of us has a God-given talent,” she added.
The first lady pledged support the Good News Mission affirming that the Office of the First Lady would collaborate with the institution to foster a positive mindset among young people.
Since 1994, Good news mission has been inspiring and uplifting youth through a combination of evangelism, skill development, and mindset training.
