The body in charge of higher learning placement, KUCCUPS invites KCSE candidates 2021 cohort, to apply for TVET courses.
The portal is open portal for students seeking to apply for diplomas, certificates and artisan courses in a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution in the January 2023 intake.
Requirements
1. Individuals seeking to apply for artisan certificate courses have a minimum KCSE Grade of E.
2.Craft certificate courses should have a mean grade of D (plain) and above.
3. Individuals interested in diploma courses should have a mean grade of C- (minus) and above.
Application process
1. Students are required to apply online through the KUCCUPS students’ portal, .kuccups.net
2. Log in using your credentials i.e KCSE index number, KCSE year and password( password use your birth certificate number or KCSE index number)
3. Upon successful log in, select four courses that you would like to pursue and the government institution.
4. Courses should be listed in order of priority, the first being the most preferable and the fourth being the least.
5. Click submit once done
“Applicants are advised to visit KUCCPS Service desk for more information or support from various Huduma centres. The centres include Nairobi (GPO), Mombasa, Kisumu, Nyeri, Garissa, Kitui, Eldoret, Kakamega, Meru, Kitale, Thika, Isiolo, Narok, Laikipia and Nakuru.”
