We must protect our Country from sliding into irretrievable anarchy- Kindiki speaks after protests.
Interior cabinet secretary Kindiki Kithure has stated that everyone must step up to protect the country.
This comes after the country witnessed a very ugly protest with properties being vandalized and goods being destroyed.
He stated,”We must protect our Country from sliding into irretrievable anarchy.”
CS remained silent throughout the day (Monday) as chaos were experienced in the city.
On the other hand, the opposition leader has sworn that his bi- weekly protests must go on as planned, unless Ruto gives in.
Raila highlighted that in no way is he pushing Kenya into anarchy but fighting for the rights of Kenyans.
He stated,”No, Mr Ruto, we don’t want to bring anarchy in our country, we are fighting for our rights and we have a right to tell Kenyans the truth.”
“Every time you speak against us in churches, today we have answered you back,” he added.
Some of the parts that were affested yesterday include; Nairobi, Kisumu, Migori and parts of Trans Nzoia.
